As a trauma specialist, I am specialized in caring for individuals experiencing childhood, intergenerational, relational, medical, and sexual traumas. I am also specialized in treating other conditions such as anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain/illness, maternal wellness, and adjustment to life stressors and changes.

My style  is warm and engaging. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and genuine connection. By creating a warm and supportive atmosphere, I aim to foster a sense of comfort and safety, allowing you to explore your emotions and experiences openly. 

My Treatment Modalities: 

I draw from various therapy modalities to provide a comprehensive and individualized approach for my clients. Along with customized psychotherapy, I integrate body-based Somatic Experiencing Therapy and Family Constellation Therapy. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), I utilize somatic therapy to help regulate the nervous system and the bodily sensations that are associated with trauma responses, aiming to release unresolved tension and emotions. This bottom-up approach has proven to be one of the most effective methods for helping clients address the unresolved tension and unspoken emotions caused by emotional traumas.

Family Constellation Therapy is a therapeutic approach that examines family relationships to uncover hidden dynamics that may be contributing to current issues. By exploring ancestral trauma, loyalties, and unresolved conflicts within the family system, this therapy aims to bring light to underlying issues that impact an individual's mental and emotional well-being.

Additionally, I employ other evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Motivational Interviewing to address specific concerns that may arise during sessions.
