Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy

We provide personalized, trauma-informed psychotherapy tailored to your healing journey. Our core modalities include Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Family Constellation therapy for deep-rooted traumas. We also offer traditional talk therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Our aim is to foster a compassionate environment for healing and growth.
